Shipping Policy
We offer shipping facility of our products to all parts of India through our courier partners. We ensure well-packaged material for hamper proof delivery. Normally delivery time ranges from 7 to 10 days from the date of placing the order. This may result in a delay of few more days in case of delivery to the remote location.
Delivery charges may vary from product to product and as per distance of the delivery location.

Replacement Policy –
Please do not accept tampered and/ or mishandled package from our courier partner. In case you accept we offer a replacement policy in case of receipt of the mishandled product or tampered package. Customer needs to write to us at info@careman.in with the picture of the damaged product received to avail replacement of product within 2 days of receipt of the courier.
Refund Policy –
If the customer seeks to avail a refund policy and return unused, sealed and undamaged product, please courier the product in proper packaging to our facility address mentioned below and email the courier details with scan copy of courier slip at info@careman.in. We offer refund policy only within 15 days of delivery.
The refund process will commence after receipt of material at the facility. Generally, it takes 1-7 days in the refund process.
Cancellation Policy –
We accept the cancellation of order only till the time placed an order is not dispatched through courier partner. In case a customer needs to cancel the order or has placed an order by mistake please write immediately to our customer care email id info@careman.in. The full amount will be refunded to customer’s account within 7 days of the cancellation request.
